Back Story
Neve’s parents are in the Navy, stationed in harm’s way. So, she was raised by her grandparents. When she was about 4 years old, her brother Jesse came to visit her. This was Neve's first memory of her brother. She was instantly smitten and followed him everywhere. This drove Jesse nuts and he couldn't wait to get away from her. After he left, he was all she talked about for weeks. Once Jesse moved into the home of the Lady with the Dog, his parents arranged to have Neve join him. He wasn’t happy about it and before he knew it, he became her legal guardian.
Neve is a strong willed, little girl. She always wants er own way and will scream and shout until she gets it. Most of the time she just wants to be with Jesse. She’s always much better behaved when he’s nearby.
